Ingredients
1 can Bunalun Organic Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
4 tablespoon tahini
4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon or lime
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt to taste
Paprika for sprinkling
Optional: Additional olive oil and chopped fresh parsley for garnish

In a food processor, combine the Bunalun Organic Chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon or lime juice, cumin, and a pinch of salt.
Process the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If it's too thick, you can add a bit more olive oil or a splash of water to achieve the desired consistency.
Taste the hummus and adjust the seasoning, adding more salt or lemon juice if needed.
Once the hummus is smooth and flavourful, transfer it to a serving bowl.
Drizzle the top with extra-virgin olive oil and sprinkle with paprika for added flavour and a pop of colour.
If desired, garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a finishing touch.
