Linguine is a long, flat pasta made by traditional methods using bronze die No. 152. This creates the perfect texture for holding onto rich & creamy sauces. Pairs particularly well with pesto and white sauce prepared with cream or mascarpone. Linguine is also ideal for seafood dishes or simply enjoy “al dente” along with one of our Bunalun Organic Italian pasta sauces.
