Rigatoni is a short, tubular pasta made by traditional methods using bronze die No. 179. This creates the perfect texture for holding onto rich & creamy sauces. Pairs particularly well with chunky tomato sauces & is great for baked dishes or simply enjoy “al dente” along with one of our Bunalun Organic Italian pasta sauces.
