Ingredients
For the Guacamole
Two ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
One small red onion, finely chopped
1-2 tomatoes, diced
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1-2 limes
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Tomato, sliced
Optional toppings: fresh basil, red pepper flakes
