Easy PASTa & SAUCe WITH toasted pine nuts

Ingredients
200g Bunalun Organic Penne or Any of Our Pasta Range
1 Jar Bunalun Organic Tuscan Tomato Sauce or Any of Our Pasta Sauce Range
Handful Pine Nuts, Toasted
Parmesan, To Serve
Fresh Basil Leaves, Garnish

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on pack. While the pasta is cooking toast the pine nuts for a few minutes on a dry pan until they are just turning brown, then set aside. Empty the jar of sauce in to a saucepan, heat gently for 4-5 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Drain pasta then stir through the sauce. Divide between two bowls and garnish with a generous grating of Parmesan, a sprinkling of pine nuts and some fresh basil leaves.
