Tagliatelle with Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
200g Mushrooms, sliced
200g Shiitake Mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons Bunalun Coconut Oil or Butter
200ml Bunalun Coconut Milk or Double Cream
Salt and Pepper to taste
Fresh Parsley, chopped, for garnish
Parmesan Cheese, grated, for garnish

METHODCook the Tagliatelle according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the Bunalun Coconut Oil or butter over medium heat.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until they are golden brown and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Pour in the Bunalun Coconut Milk or double cream and stir well to combine.
Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked Tagliatelle to the skillet and toss until the pasta is evenly coated with the creamy mushroom sauce.
Serve the Tagliatelle in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
