Spaghetti WITH garlic, chilli & olive oil

Ingredients
350g Bunalun Organic Spaghetti or Wholegrain Spaghetti
½ Cup Bunalun Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4/5 Garlic Cloves, Finely Sliced
1 Tsp Dried Chilli Flakes Or 3 Fresh Chillies, Finely Sliced
¼ Cup Fresh Parsley, Coarsely Chopped
¼ Cup Parmesan, Grated
Sea Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on pack. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil gently in a frying pan. Add the garlic and chilli and cook gently for a few minutes, or until the garlic is a pale golden colour, take care not to burn it. Then stir in the parsley.
Drain the pasta, reserving ½ cup of the cooking water. Add the freshly cooked pasta to the frying pan and coat the pasta evenly, add 1 - 2 tbsp of the reserved cooking water to loosen up the sauce. Warm the mixture briefly on a medium heat for approximately 30 seconds. Stir a couple of times, then season to taste.
Serve and top with extra chopped parsley and a sprinkling of Parmesan.
